How do I return an item?

To return an item that you have purchased, please refer to the following steps:

1. Please notify our customer support department via email, shop@DisCoBoutique.com, of you intended return.

2. Pack your items carefully to ensure no damage during the return shipping process. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dust bags. All items must be returned in their original condition. Any items returned to Discount Couture Boutique that are not in their original condition will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.

3. Ship the item(s) back to Discount Couture Boutique. Ship your package(s) using your preferred shipping provider. All item(s) must be returned (post marked) within 7 days of receipt. It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance for the return shipment. You will be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the return shipping process. Any items not returned with within this timeframe, may be rejected. You, as the customer, are responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.

4. Couture will issue the refund for the original total purchase amount less any shipping and handling fees that you were charged or that were incurred by Discount Couture Boutique (as in the case of free shipping).
